Content Policy

Introduction

Omoglow is designed for lawful, responsible, and respectful AI-powered social experiences. This Content Policy explains the types of prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and sharing behavior that are not allowed on Omoglow.

By using Omoglow, you agree to follow this Content Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Omoglow to create, upload, edit, request, publish, or share content that falls into the categories below.

Adult-Only Photo and Review Features

Omoglow photo upload, peer review, rating, sharing, and AI GlowUp report features are for adults only. You may not upload, submit, review, rate, or share any photo that depicts a minor, even if the photo is non-sexual.

You may only upload photos of yourself or another adult who gave explicit permission for the image to be used in Omoglow. Do not upload classmates, coworkers, public figures, strangers, ex-partners, or private photos without clear authorization.

Sexual and Adult Content

We do not allow pornographic, explicit sexual, or highly sexualized content. This includes explicit nudity, sexual acts, erotic services, sexual solicitation, or attempts to generate or edit intimate content involving real people.

Child Safety

We strictly prohibit any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or depicts abuse of minors. This includes child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, trafficking, or any attempt to create, transform, or normalize such content.

If we become aware of content that may involve child sexual exploitation or other serious child-safety harm, we may remove the content, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts, and report the matter to appropriate authorities or child-safety reporting channels.

Non-Consensual Intimate Content

You may not create, edit, or distribute intimate or sexualized images or videos of a person without their explicit consent. This includes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized deepfakes, unauthorized face swaps, or attempts to alter a real person into intimate content.

Sexual Violence and Exploitation

We do not allow content that depicts, promotes, requests, or eroticizes sexual assault, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.

Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Content

You may not use Omoglow to create or distribute illegal content, credible threats, harassment, hate, self-harm encouragement, graphic violence, fraud, malware, privacy violations, or other harmful activity.

Intellectual Property and Privacy Violations

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and outputs do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual restrictions, or other third-party rights.

Safety Evasion

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, or evade Omoglow safety systems, provider safety checks, rate limits, or moderation controls.

Enforcement

Omoglow may block requests, remove content, limit usage, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe this Content Policy has been violated. We may also report illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

Provider safety systems may reject some requests automatically. If a generation fails due to safety or content policy reasons, please revise your prompt or uploaded media and try again.

Updates

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Continued use of Omoglow after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
